It is an Indian restaurant with a friendly atmosphere and they propose a delicious vegetarian cuisine.
Le propriétaire (un français qui vit à Moscou depuis près de 17 ans) et sa femme russe ont à coeur de travailler avec des producteurs indiens bio. Ils ramènent leurs épices à chacun de leurs voyages en Inde.
The owner is French (living in Moscow since 17 years) and with his Russian wife they like to work with Indian organic farmers. They bring back their spices from India whenever they travel there.
La grande salle est conviviale car elle regroupe les tables des clients, le grand fourneau qui réchauffe aussi l'atmosphère et les plans de travail où les cuisiniers préparent les plats devant vos yeux.
The big room is friendly because it includes the tables of the guests, the big stove which also warms the atmosphere and the working tables where the cooks prepare dishes in front of your eyes.
